American Heart Associate Revises CPR Guidelines

American Heart Association revises CPR guidelines

Essentially, in cases where the heart glitches, the compressions part of CPR is what you need to do. The mouth to mouth part may actually do more harm then good.

Rest assured for the entertainment industry, and all those poor teenagers they are portraying in are they/aren’t they situations. After all, the only time they can get some is when someone gives them mouth to mouth after nearly drowning in pool. It turns out mouth to mouth is still recommended in situations where the heart might have stopped due to lack of oxygen.
