Dropping Dance in the Vampire Bund

So I’m dropping Dance in the Vampire Bund. Originally I was going to watch through episode 7 and then decide, but it became painfully clear just five minutes in that I had no interest or enthusiasm for continuing the series. Dance in the Vampire Bund started off amusing, but it went from bad amusing to just plain bad.

I am interested in the premise though, and if I see the manga, I’ll pick it up.

SHAFT, all I can say is the show next season better be good, or I’m going to retreat to my corner, turn into an Oldfag, and cry about how the old days were better. As it is, there’s pretty much no excuse to release something of this poor of quality, and does make me doubt seriously in SHAFT’s ability as a company.

  1. Topspin

I didn’t expect much from Shinbo/Shaft to begin with, since I’ve learned better. My disappointment is pretty minimal (even if it’s still the biggest disappointment of this dismal new season).

Look on the bright side, you’ll potentially have time to watch or read something better from the past few seasons.. I just started on Otoyomegatari and I’m catching up on Book of Bantorra.

  2. I have mixed feelings about it. I mean, the story is there, but the execution has been such a turn-off.
